At the start of the pandemic in March we took the decision to make online access to our news free of charge by taking down our paywall. At a time where accurate information about Covid-19 was vital to our community, this was the right decision – even though it meant a drop in our income. In order to help safeguard the future of our journalism, the time has now come to reinstate our paywall, However, rest assured that access to all Covid related news will still remain free.
To access all other news will require a subscription, as it did pre-pandemic. The good news is that for the whole of December we will be running a special discounted offer to get 3 months access for the price of one month. Thank you for supporting us during this incredibly challenging time.
The demise of Cozy Partners has gone ahead and happened. It is as we expected – it shut down with no notification and it will not be missed. All bingo sites on the platform have either migrated to Pragmatic Play Bingo or in the case of GVC brands moved to GVC Affiliates.
We value our content and access to our full site is only available with a subscription. Your subscription entitles you to 7-day-a-week access to our website, plus a full digital copy of that week’s paper to read on your pc/mac or mobile device. In addition, your subscription includes access to digital archive copies from 2006 onwards.
Just want to read one issue? No problem you can subscribe for just one week (or longer if you wish).
Fort William dementia support group is taking part in a ground-breaking project trialling innovative new ways to help Scots who are living with the condition during the pandemic.
Dementia Dog, a collaboration between Alzheimer Scotland and UK-wide charity Dogs for Good, uses specially trained dogs to help people with dementia and their carers.
When the country went into lockdown, the project had to find new ways to work with their clients to help them stay connected and reduce social isolation. They came up with an array of fantastic ideas including virtual therapy walks, online Doggy Bingo and physiotherapy sessions.
Virtual Dog Bingo sessions take place through video calls with existing Alzheimer Scotland dementia support groups in various locations across the country.
So far they have delivered 70 group sessions and they have reached many more people online in a wider geographical area than they would usually be able to.
To date the dogs have been Billy (four-year-old black Labrador/retriever) with Carla Haizelden and Georgie (a four-year-old golden retriever) with Julia Winters, who are both trained Dementia Community Dogs.
Eyes Down Bingo Meaning
In the new year they will be training a pool of Dementia Dog volunteers with their own trained pet dogs to help deliver virtual dog bingo sessions to help meet rising demand.
Community dog handler Carla said: ‘Doggy Bingo is very straightforward and easy to play.
‘The players can watch Billy go and fetch a ball with a random number on it from a container. He passes it to me and I read out the number.
‘Although the dogs are all very well trained we do allow them to have their own personality so it’s only natural that they sometimes get distracted and go off. There have been times during a game when Billy walks off to get my slippers or a toy instead of a bingo ball and that always gives everyone a bit of a laugh.
‘He also gets impatient and whines when I’m talking too much because he wants to get on with the playing game and pick the numbers.’
Dementia Dog also works with physiotherapists to offer virtual exercise sessions which are individually tailored to clients and delivered via video calls to their home. Castle casino.

At this point, it appears that the program is not yet ready to accept logins as we were advised to contact info@gogamepartners.com
Eyes Down Bingo Games
I guess we are all going to have to wait for the program to migrate. They did at the very least have the manners to tell us about the migration.
There are others like Cozy Partners who never bothered to do that.
In recent times Bingo Affiliates have become used to programs moving goalposts or resorting to underhand tactics. It is therefore reassuring that BingoCams partners are still live.

We will try to log in again in a few days. At this point, we have no idea if we will be required to create a new account or be able to log in with old details.
As the email above stated, we would be able to log in today, we are hoping that this is the case and that they will not simply appropriate our previous players.
